OUR CONCEPT

Tatie’s Phnom Penh is the heartwarming journey of three friends, Aude, Helene, and Bea, who brought their love for French culture all the way to Cambodia. Each of us comes from different backgrounds, but together we’ve created something special—an authentic little spot filled with love and, of course, irresistible French treats.

We’re all about passion and creativity, and we pour that into everything we do. Our joy is sharing the best of French cuisine and tradition, with an emphasis on small-batch production that focuses on quality over quantity. Every bite is made with premium ingredients and a whole lot of heart.

Our first shop opened in September 2021, right in the vibrant center of Phnom Penh, just steps away from the National Museum of Cambodia. And as our little family grew, we opened a second location on Street 110 near the Vattanac Tower, perfect for both busy professionals and residents in the northern area of Phnom Penh.

ARTISANAL FRENCH BAKERY ♥ FAIT AVEC AMOUR

OUR STORY

AUDE - OUR CHEESE MAKER

Born to eat cheese and raised to make cheese, I don’t remember a time when I didn’t have a spoon and a whisk in my hand. So I really had no choice but to follow my passion and live my destiny! After I graduated from the Institute Paul Bocuse in Lyon with a Culinary & Innovation Management Master’s Degree, I moved to Cambodia to be The Chef at the French Embassy. I then opened Pepe Bistro and it’s now time to live my dream to the fullest and to make Cheese with my Taties!

HELENE - OUR BAKER

Bread has been a passion throughout my life. It started with my grandfather when I was a child, continued with my studies at Paul Bocuse Institute, and sparked a fire when I met Nicolas Supiot, an incredible farmer baker. Pursuing my quest to be happy in life, I now feel the need to fully dedicate myself to this art and satisfy my pursuit for authenticity, truth, and connection in this current world. With that in mind, I expect to rock it with my Tat's.

BEA - OUR PASTRY CHEF

I was born and raised in Toulouse, France, and honestly, I’ve been baking for as long as I can remember. Weekends as a kid were all about making sweet treats for my family—cakes, waffles, crepes, you name it!Since 2010, life has taken me on an exciting journey abroad, working in hospitality. Somewhere along the way, though, I realized I wasn’t quite living my dream. So in 2019, I took the leap, trained, and finally became a certified Pastry Chef. Better late than never, right? Now, I get to do what I truly love—baking, and I’m lucky to do it with the Best Team here in Phnom Penh!
